The wheel and axle will always rotate at the same frequency. Frequency is the number of cycles per second.
 Due to the bigger circumference of the wheel, the wheel will turn at a greater speed (meters/second).
 Explain why?

    I didn't understand the question but I will answer what I know about them,
    If the driver diameter is bigger than the driven diameter it will rotate fast but if the opposite it will be slow
    If about direction if it was gear with no belt it will be opposite direction .....etc)

    Dear Jash,

    You have to know, there are two speeds:

    1- rpm (revolution per minutes or secon (rps).
    Wheel and Axle have the same rpm
    2- Linear speed by meter/second
    Wheel will give more speed because, it has the bigges
    diameter.
